Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms regarding payments for courses purchased on ProSkills Academy (proskillsacademy.in). Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products

ProSkills Academy sells access to digital educational courses. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to digital course content for the subscription period you selected. Because our products are digital and access is granted instantly, all sales are considered final.

2. No-Refund Policy

All course purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed and course access is granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including (but not limited to) the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Lack of time to complete or use the course.
• Partial completion or non-use of the course.
• Dissatisfaction after having accessed the course content.

We strongly encourage you to review the course details, syllabus, free preview lessons (where available), and pricing carefully before purchasing.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following genuine cases, which represent correction of a transaction error rather than a change of mind:

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Failed access after successful payment: if your payment succeeded but, due to a verified technical fault on our side, you were not granted access to the purchased course and we are unable to resolve it, the amount will be refunded.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at info@proskillsacademy.in within 7 days of the transaction, including your registered email, the course name, and the payment reference/transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Cancellation

As access to digital courses is granted immediately upon payment, purchases cannot be cancelled once completed. You may choose not to renew a subscription when it expires; no automatic recurring charges are made without your action.

5. Subscription Expiry

Course access is time-limited based on the plan you select (for example 3, 6, 9, or 12 months). When a subscription expires, access ends or moves to a limited revision mode as described at the time of purchase. Expiry of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any unused period.
